Tahoe Home Lookout & Services is your second home multi-service provider. Our goal is to provide our clients with a peace of mind knowing that their minor concerns related to absentee homeownership do not become major issues. 

Tahoe Home Lookout & Services is a reputable and licensed company in South Lake Tahoe offering a variety of home watch services. Some of these services include property monitoring, arrival preparation, and snow removal (please go to our services menu for a complete list of what we have to offer).

Many problems can occur when Lake Tahoe homes are left unattended such as storm and wild animal damage. So whether you are away for brief, seasonal or long-term periods of time, we hope to provide you with a sense of comfort knowing that your Tahoe home is being taken care of and is benefiting from on-site monitoring.

The frequency of visits are determined by the homeowner. Most clients prefer to have their homes monitored on a bi-monthly basis. Summary reports and digital images (when applicable) will be provided to your email address following each property visit.
