Tahoe Home Lookout & Services is owned and operated by Josh Iveland of South Lake Tahoe, CA. Josh launched Tahoe Home Lookout & Services after working with many second/ vacation home owners and noticing an increase in demand for various home watch services.

Josh Iveland has lived in South Lake Tahoe since 1995 and currently resides in the Meyers neighborhood with his family. He is a lift operations supervisor at Sierra At Tahoe Ski Resort where he has worked for over 10 years. Since 2003, Josh has also served as a firefighter for the USDA Forest Service. Prior to moving to Tahoe, he grew up in Goleta, CA where he attended Santa Barbara Community College and was co-owner of a window cleaning business.
